What is covered during the warranty period by Seiko

During the warranty period, free repair/calibration service is guaranteed for clock head (movement and case) and metal band defects, provided the clock is used as shown in the user manual. However, for the following cases, repair/calibration service may be charged even within the warranty period or coverage:

• Leather, Urethane, or Fabric Band Replacement: Exchange of damaged bands made from these materials
• Accidental or Improper Use Damage: Repair costs for cases, glass, or bands damaged due to accidents or misuse
• Non-Authorized Service Center Repairs: Repairs needed due to unauthorized service center work
• Normal Wear and Tear: Repairs for scratches or dirt caused by regular use
• Natural Disaster Damage: Repairs for damage caused by natural disasters like fires, floods, or earthquakes
• Invalid or Missing Warranty Details: Repairs when warranty details are changed or missing from the warranty card
• Warranty Card Not Presented: Repairs when the warranty card is not presented for service
