  • Light-Diffusing Foam for LEDs – Plastazote LD45 is a semi-transparent foam designed to evenly diffuse LED light, ideal for cosplay, costumes, props, crafts, and lighting installations.
  • Flexible & Easy to Work With – Similar to EVA foam in flexibility and durability. Easily cut, heat-shaped, and glued using standard techniques like contact adhesive.
  • Available in Multiple Sizes – Choose from 7 sheet sizes: Sample sizes: 5"x5", 5"x10", 5"x20", 10"x10" Larger sheets: 10"x20" (Quarter), 20"x20" (Half), and 20"x40" (Full)
  • Four Thickness Options – Offered in 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm. Thicker foam increases light diffusion for softer, more even lighting effects.
  • Paintable Surface – Heat-treat the foam to smooth the surface. Use a clear, flexible primer (e.g., Flexbond or Cosflex) before applying transparent or thinned airbrush paints for optimal light diffusion.
  • Strong Seam Bonding – For best results, use contact adhesives like Barge. Apply in two layers and press together once tacky for durable, long-lasting seams.
  • Note on Tolerances – Please allow for slight variations in sheet thickness due to standard manufacturing tolerances.
