These high quality Garage Door Torsion Springs include cones installed on the springs and are sleek, oil tempered and coated black for a strong smoother operation. These sturdy garage door torsion springs are made of steel coils with aluminum cones and can withstand any weather making them the best buy for your garage door. It is recommended that a qualified technician installs the springs on garage doors. Please see manual for further installation details. Please note the side of door, the spring is mounted DOES NOT indicate spring wind needed. Standard garage door systems have the right hand wound red winding cone on the end and will be mounted w/ the red winding cone pointing towards the LEFT. The left hand wound black winding cone will be mounted w/ the black winding cone pointing towards the RIGHT.
