The CARBO Instruments L25-SSL Series is a 2.5 inch liquid filled pressure gauge engineered for dependable measurement in demanding industrial and commercial environments. Each gauge includes a NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate and is calibrated in our U.S. laboratory for verified accuracy and documented traceability. Constructed with a 304 stainless steel case and durable brass wetted parts, this heavy duty gauge delivers long lasting performance in hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid systems where precision and accountability are essential. Each gauge is individually calibrated and includes a serialized NIST Traceable Certificate of Calibration with measurements traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The certificate documents test results, calibration date, and recommended recalibration interval, supporting quality control programs, regulated facilities, safety audits, laboratory environments, and preventive maintenance systems. The glycerin filled design dampens vibration, pulsation, and sudden pressure spikes. The internal liquid stabilizes the pointer to reduce needle flutter, ensuring smooth readings and extending internal mechanism life. Ideal for pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, and irrigation equipment. The large 2.5 inch (63 mm) dual scale dial displays PSI and Bar for clear, accurate readings. Manufactured to meet ASME B40.1 Grade A accuracy standards, it provides repeatable measurement required by maintenance professionals and engineers. Featuring a standard 1/4 inch NPT lower mount, this gauge installs easily into compatible regulators, manifolds, and tanks. The chrome plated brass connection and polycarbonate lens provide corrosion resistance and impact protection. Designed for use with fluids and gases non corrosive to brass, including water, air, hydraulic oil, and diesel. Not suitable for oxygen service.
