This Brennan 0306-SS series JIC bulkhead lock nut tube fitting is made of stainless steel 316 and threads onto a bulkhead fitting to secure the fitting through a wall and is suitable for use in high-pressure fuel delivery and fluid power applications. It is made of stainless steel 316 for higher strength and greater corrosion resistance than stainless steel 304 and can withstand temperatures from -425 to +1,200 degrees F. This Joint Industry Council (JIC) fitting is a type of flare fitting machined with a 37-degree flare seating surface, as defined by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) J514 standards.
